Tai Chi Basic Movement Class


    Tai Chi is a framework for dealing with different forces and interactions in life. It might even be called the art of yielding.

    This approach of yielding and flowing around obstacles is core to the philosophy of Tai Chi. In this way, Tai Chi is not simply a series of movements, but a philosophy and way of proceeding through life. 

    Get some basic movement of Tai Chi before you'd move to the advance level.

    Venue: Taman Metropolitan Park (Kepong MRR2)

    Time: Sunday morning, 830am-10am

    Dress code: Sport Attire

    What do you need to prepare: Water
